Member Experience Specialist

We're looking for enthusiastic and dynamic people to help take care of our members. As part of the Member Experience Team, you will be responsible for providing information on our services and promotions to existing and prospective members, you will assist them in their booking and enquiries and propose ideas to enhance their overall experience at the center. You will also support the marketing team during events, special clinics, ...etc.
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree or more
- Pleasant and cheerful personality, pro-active and eager to provide excellent customer service
- Able to work in team and independently
- Experience in the service industry is a plus
- Thai or Japanese National (work permit will be provided)
Graphic Designer
1 Position

In charge of the center image, you will have the opportunity to design and execute advertising, promotional and loyalty campaigns both online and offline. You will work together with our Copywriter to design effective designs for our website, blog and facebook page and any other communication aimed at our target population. You must have a keen eye for balanced, effective and interesting design and be able to work within a team.
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree or more
- Easy personality, flexible and able to adjust according to brief
- Able to work within a schedule and independently
- Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop
- Thai national
Copywriter
1 Position
Working in team with our Graphic Designer and our Sales and Marketing Manager, you will create effective acquisition and loyalty campaigns both off and online. You will provide interesting content for our website and coordinate and edit content provided by various team members for the website, facebook page and blog, create a monthly newsletter for our members.
